Horseshoe Pines
We enjoy special events such as Bingo, crafts, light excercise sessions, group singing, visits from pastors & churches, all sorts of musicians (all sorts such as pianists, flutists, guitarists), church groups, school groups, gospel groups. We go for rides and outings, even a trip to the ocean!
Visitors often comment that it's like being "at home." Horseshoe Pines provides 3 meals a day, snacks, light housekeeping, some assistance with bathing and personal care, supervision of medications, coordination with the doctor, dentist, and other appointments and rides where needed.
That's why we sometimes say, "We're Not Fancy, Just Family!"
Happy Sing-Alongs have always been part of the fun at Horseshoe Pines!
History of Horseshoe Pines
Horseshoe Pines was carved from a piece of this farm (pictured below) when a local businessman built a house on it, which was later purchased by a second family who had the idea of "Shared Home."
Located in Beautiful Nature
Whatever the season, someone is always home at our place. So feel free to drop in if you're passing by, have a cup of coffee, watch the birds and bears... or whatever happens to be in the neighborhood.
